平台定位：依托数字经济产业园、北大科技园、豪森智慧谷、金帆文创街、金华职业技术学院等优越基础设施，通过对湖海塘西侧3.3平方公里工业用地、玉泉溪两侧用地更新改造，重点鼓励企业建设研发中心、总部中心、实验室、研究院和孵化平台，助力“实体经济+科创+生态”融合发展，围绕“一湖一溪”建设14平方公里生态廊道与科创廊道交融的中央创新区(CID)，积极接轨融入沪嘉杭G60科创走廊。 

Platform positioning: Relying on superior infrastructure such as the Digital Economy Industrial Park, Peking University Science and Technology Park, Hausen Wisdom Valley, Jinfan Cultural and Creative Street, Jinhua Polytechnic, etc., through the renovation of 3.3 square kilometers of industrial land on the west side of Huhaitang lake and the land on both sides of Yuquan Stream, focusing on encouraging enterprises to build R&D centers, headquarter centers, laboratories, research institutes, and incubation platforms, to facilitate the integrated development of "real economy + science and technology innovation + ecology", and build a 14-square kilometer Central Innovation District (CID) that integrates ecological corridor and technological innovation corridor around "one lake and one stream", actively integrate into the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Hangzhou G60 Sci-Tech Corridor.
